Snack Safari processes orders within 1–3 business days, with most orders processed within the first 24 hours. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Orders may take up to 10 business days to be delivered. This estimate includes our processing time (1–3 business days) plus shipping transit time (up to 7 business days). However, many orders arrive sooner than the full 10 business days.
Occasionally, we may experience a high volume of orders or unexpected circumstances that could cause shipment delays by a few days. We appreciate your patience and kindly ask that you allow extra time for processing and delivery. In the case of significant delays, a member of our team will contact you via email or telephone with updates.

Priority Express Shipping
Snack Safari does not guarantee Priority Express delivery times or overnight delivery. Priority Express orders typically ship overnight if placed before 10:00 AM (Monday–Thursday), excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates are based on information provided by USPS.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
Snack Safari ships to mailing addresses, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses within most of the United States and U.S. Territories. Some exclusions may apply.
Taxes, Duties, and Additional Charges
Snack Safari is not responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or customs fees that may be applied to your order.
Damaged Goods and Materials
Snack Safari is not liable for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. To assist with the process, please document the damage and keep all packaging materials.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled and refunded during a limited window of time: between when the order is placed and when a shipping label has been generated.
Once your order has been packed, labeled, and handed off to the carrier, we are no longer able to cancel or refund it, as it is already in transit.
To request an order cancellation, please email us at support@snacksafari.com as soon as possible, before receiving a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, Snack Safari does not ship to addresses outside of the United States and its territories. Any international orders will be canceled and refunded.
