Kubota Daifuku Mochi: Lemon presents a lemon-flavored variation of the classic Japanese daifuku mochi—soft, chewy mochi surrounding a tangy, smooth lemon filling. The lemon paste delivers bright citrus notes with a touch of sweetness, while the outer mochi is baked to yield a subtle crust that enhances the texture. This lemon daifuku reflects Japan’s wagashi tradition, where mochi is a widespread confection enjoyed throughout the year and at celebrations. Mochi is made from glutinous rice (mochigome) or rice flour (mochiko), yielding its characteristic elastic chew.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We take pride in doing whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please contact our customer service by email at support@snacksafari.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
However, if you would like to make a return, we have a 30-day unused and unopened warranty & return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or the item has been opened and used, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
